Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. General Terms

By purchasing from 999 Furniture, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, contact us via Line (@999furniture01) or email before ordering.

2. Product Condition

All items sold by 999 Furniture are second-hand/pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Each listing includes:

• Multiple photos of the actual item
• Detailed condition description (e.g., "Like New", "Good", "Fair")
• Specific notes about any defects, scratches, or wear
• Exact dimensions

We encourage customers to visit our showroom to inspect items in person before purchasing. Photos and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but minor variations may occur.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before delivery or pickup. We accept:

• Bank transfer (preferred)
• Cash at showroom
• PromptPay

Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange delivery within 3-7 business days (Bangkok) or as agreed for upcountry deliveries.

4. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on second-hand items.

This policy exists because:

• Each item is unique and may not be restocked
• Condition may change during transport and handling
• We encourage in-person inspection before purchase

Exceptions may be made if an item is significantly different from its description. Such claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

5. Reservation Policy

Items can be reserved with a 20% non-refundable deposit for up to 7 days. If the remaining balance is not paid within this period, the deposit is forfeited and the item will be relisted.

6. Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay, regardless of any subsequent changes.
